DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION:

BetMGM is giving our online sportsbook customers the opportunity to be entered to win an experience with Blake Griffin if they link their Marriott Bonvoy account to their BetMGM Rewards account (details on account linking set forth here).

1. The “Ultimate LA Getaway Curated by Blake Griffin” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BetMGM, LLC, with its address at Harborside Plaza 2, Suite 700, 200 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311 (“BetMGM” or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these official terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from eligible participants.
2. BetMGM Rewards account holders who successfully link their Marriott Bonvoy account to their BetMGM account will have the opportunity to be entered to win an experience with Blake Griffin (May 9^th to May 12th).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

3. This Sweepstakes is available to qualifying customers from 3/18/2024 at 12:00 AM EST through 4/8/2024 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

4. This Sweepstakes is open to new and existing BetMGM Rewards account holders who successfully link their BetMGM Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy accounts (a “Qualifying Entry”), where at the time of account linking (and accounts must remain linked through the awarding of the prize as set forth herein), the individual is: (i) twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry; (ii) has an active, KYC-verified BetMGM Sports account (“Sportsbook Account”) in and is playing physically within one of the following states – Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Wyoming or West Virginia, (III) is not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list; and (iv) is a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) (“Participant(s)”).
5. This Sweepstakes is only open to natural persons and the following are ineligible: corporations, businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies and other entities. Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of BetMGM, the Prize Provider (as defined below), and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the Sponsor or Prize Provider (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. The Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on Participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
6. Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM Rewards account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where the Sponsor operates, that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Sweepstakes even where such entrant may seek entry in this Sweepstakes through an active account in another jurisdiction.

ACTION REQUIRED:

7. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. During the Promotional Period, Participants can enter the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the two (2) following methods (each, an “Entry”):

Linking Accounts: During the Promotional Period, a Participant must: (i) visit www.betmgm.com or the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application and login to Participant’s BetMGM Rewards account; (ii) access the Promotions page or tab and opt into the “BetMGM & Marriott Bonvoy Experience With Blake Griffin Sweepstakes” Sweepstakes on the entry page under the tab labeled “Promotions”; and (iii) follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit your Sweepstakes Entry, which includes linking your Marriott Bonvoy account to your BetMGM Rewards account. Accounts must remain linked through the awarding of the Prize as set forth herein.
9. Alternative Method of Entry:  Participants may earn one (1) entry by providing the Participant’s complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), Sportsbook Account user ID, and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3.5" x 5" paper, and mailing it to BetMGM Marketing, attn.: BetMGM  & Marriott Bonvoy Experience With Blake Griffin Sweepstakes, Harborside Plaza 2, Suite 700, 200 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked on a date that is between (and including the start date and end date of the Promotional Period) and received no more than five (5) days after the end date of the Promotional Period to be eligible for that Promotional Period. The postmark date on mail entries will be considered the date of entry.
10. Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Participant during the Promotional Period, regardless of entry method. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including by using multiple/different Sportsbook Accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries submitted by Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in section 1 above (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Multiple participants are not permitted to share a Sportsbook Account and/or email address relating to a Sportsbook Account.

Each Participant must be the rightful owner of the email address and/or Sportsbook Account used (the authorized account holder) to enter the Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address and/or Sportsbook Account associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. 

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an online entry is received when Sponsor’s Website’s servers record the entry information, and a mail-in entry (if applicable), when such entry is physically received by Sponsor at the address provided herein. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Those Participants who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Terms & Conditions or other instructions of e Sponsor may be disqualified. All Participants submitting materials/content as part of the Sweepstakes will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Sweepstakes Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant’s name, social media account username and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof.

General: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and, unless otherwise indicated herein, will not be acknowledged, or returned. Entries which are late, lost, stolen, mutilated, invalid, damaged, unreadable, tampered with, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, generated by a script, macro, or other automated/repetitive electronic means, that are mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, and/or irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER:

11. TO PARTICPATE IN this SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT MUST, DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES IN A METHOD OUTLINED IN THE ABOVE SECTION.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

12. If you created a BetMGM online gaming account via BetMGM Casino or BetMGM Poker, you do not need to create a new account.
13. You can go to BetMGM.com or download the app and use your existing credentials to log into BetMGM Sports app.
14. To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
15. All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager or connect your Marriott Bonvoy and BetMGM Rewards accounts until your account is verified.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION:

17. Any other restrictions in the Sponsor’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sweepstakes shall also apply.
18. Accounts must remain linked until at least the awarding of the Prize as set forth herein.
19. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Sponsor has complete discretion over interpretation of the Terms & Conditions, of administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of the winner(s). Decisions of the sponsor as to the selection of the winner(s) will be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Each selected potential winner(s) may, in sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be required to show a valid state-issued driver’s license, government-issued identification or other identification (subject to sponsor’s approval) as evidence of identity and/or residency. The sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice or consent. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any participant from participating in this Sweepstakes for any reason. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees for Participant and for Participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize(s) or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from this Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, and participation in any Prize, and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by the prize provider that are sent along with the Prize(s); (c) if selected as winner of this Sweepstakes, to the posting of such Participant’s name on the Sweepstakes Entities’ websites, social media accounts and/or mobile applications and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), ordinances(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action[s], regulations[s], order[s] or request[s] prove[s] to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond sponsor’s sole control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (1) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as COVID-19) or, (2) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
30. Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a Participant’s ability to take part in the Sweepstakes; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alternation of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; and/or (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to the Sweepstakes) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; and/or (ix) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner(s) agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor, and their designees may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes or any other promotion, contest or Sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor.
32. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) for any reason, including, without limitation, should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or issue corrupt, restrict, prevent or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from the remaining eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor determines a Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant or Sponsor’s representatives. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

34. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube, Google or any other social media or similar platform where this Sweepstakes may be promoted, advertised or otherwise used to disseminate information relating to the Sweepstakes. You understand that all information is being provided to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube, Google or any other social media where this Sweepstakes may be promoted, advertised or otherwise used to disseminate information relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for practices, terms or actions taken by any of these or other social media and web services sites. You understand that you are required to comply with terms and conditions of those social media platforms.
37. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States and, more specifically, comply with eligibility requirements set forth herein. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading/uploading any material related to this Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. In the event of a dispute, the Potential Winner may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized holder of the identified e-mail account.
38. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision hereof. Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and the balance of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms & Conditions did not contain such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
39. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
40. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Promotional Period.

WINNER’S SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

41. On or about seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Promotional Period, one (1) potential prize (as hereinafter defined in Section 6 below) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected potential prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or telephone.
42. Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice recording or other message if the potential prize winner does not answer Sponsor’s telephone call. The selected potential winner will be required to respond to the notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by the Sponsor, or the Prize will be forfeited. To receive the Prize, the selected potential winner must continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions and fulfill all requirements set forth herein.
43. Selected potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as the winner’s guest. The selected potential winners may be required to provide their U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. Sponsor may share each potential winner’s name and contact information with Sweepstakes Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit, and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, if any, then he or she will be declared the winner.
44. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU OR YOUR ENTRY IS IDENTIFIED AND/OR CONTACTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE A PARTICIPANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
45. A selected potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit the prize) if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return Affidavit within the required time period, and/or (iv) does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event that a selected potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the Prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize if Sponsor is unable to identify an eligible alternate winner (if any) to accept the Prize.

PRIZES:

46. A total of one (1) prize is offered in this Sweepstakes (the “Prize”). The Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner. The Prize consists of the following elements: 

• Four (4) round trip economy flights to Los Angeles
  • Flights to be booked by Prize Provider
• Two (2) fully expensed hotel rooms for two (2) nights to be booked by Prize Provider
  • Hotel accommodations based on double occupancy
• Two (2) Hour Golf experience with Blake Griffin
  • Golf experience details to be determined by Prize Provider
• Dinner
• Dining expenses to be covered by Prize Provider (pre fixe menu)
• Four (4) Box Seat tickets at a comedy show
  • Comedy Show to be determined by Prize Provider

47. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Prize Package is $22,000 Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won.
48. Prizes received from this Sweepstakes promotion are non-transferable and are subject to availability (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
49. “PRIZE PROVIDER” SHALL BE DEFINED AS MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL INC., MARRIOTT REWARDS LLC, OR THEIR PARENT AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS. PRIZE PROVIDER IS ONLY A PROVIDER OF PRIZES, AND NEITHER SPONSORS NOR ADMINISTERS THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
50. TRAVEL MUST TAKE PLACE ON THE DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. TRAVEL COMPANIONS MUST BE 21+. THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR TRAVEL COMPANIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO TRAVEL.  IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER ELECTS TO TRAVEL OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE WITH NO TRAVEL COMPANIONS, THE COMPANION’S ROOMS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND TICKETS, IF ANY WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE TRAVEL COMPANION PORTION OF PRIZE.
51. NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILATES, EMPLOYEEES, OR AGENTS, SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE, TRAVEL, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S OR A TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
52. ALL DETAILS OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY TIME SPENT WITH BLAKE GRIFFIN AND EXACT ACTIVITIES ARE IN HIS AND PRIZE PROVIDER’S SOLE DISCRETION, AND IN THE EVENT BLAKE GRIFFIN IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE, THE POTENTIAL WINNER WILL RECEIVE THE REMAINDER OF THE PRIZE EXCLUDING ANY PORTIONS THAT INCLUDE BLAKE GRIFFIN. SPONSOR MAY, BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO, SUBSTITUTE ANY ASPECT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING BLAKE GRIFFIN, AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.
53. All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the Prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prizes.
54. The Prizes are subject to certain Terms and Conditions as specified by the Sponsor. Restrictions may apply. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prizes and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
55. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
56. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner and guest (if any) must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize. If the winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the Prize with fewer than the permitted number of, or no, guests, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of sponsor’s prize obligations to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. No changes may be made by the winner (or their guests) to the Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made.
57. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until Sponsor has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by Sponsor.
58. In order to receive the Prize, winner(s) may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, state, or territory of the United States or by the United States federal government; (ii) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, including with the winner(s) valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number; and/or (iii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving Sponsor, their parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, prize provider and others from any and all liability with respect to Participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and the receipt and/or use of the Prize. Any person who refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID, to provide a valid social security number, and/or to provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor by the deadline will forfeit any and all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to examine identification and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the Prize based on the identification presented.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

• Attendees must be 21 years or older to participate in all aspects of the Prize.
• The Prize will take place May 9, 2024 to May 12, 2024. The Prize cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or delayed in any capacity under any circumstance. If the Sweepstakes Winner does not choose to utilize the Prize on these dates, no credit for future dates will be issued. Exact start and end times are subject to change.
• The Prize components will take place in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Specific locations will be provided prior the Prize. Other than the components specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this Sweepstakes.
• All participants must provide a valid ID and credit card for security and incidentals.
• The Flights for the Attendees must be originating and returning from an airport within 50 miles of the Attendees’ legal residences associated with their BetMGM and Marriott Bonvoy accounts. The Flights will be arriving at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Thursday, May 9, 2024 and departing from LAX on Sunday, May 12, 2024. If the Sweepstakes Winner does not choose to utilize the Flights on these dates, no credit for future dates will be issued.
• The Attendees are responsible for providing their full legal name, birthdate, legal residence address, phone number, and any pertinent documentation, travel preferences, airline loyalty details, and other pertinent air travel information by Friday, April 19, 2024 to utilize the Flights on these dates.
• The Golf Experience with Blake Griffin (“Talent”) will take place on Friday, May 10, 2024 and will last for two (2) hours. Exact start and end times are subject to change. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any injuries or satisfaction with the Golf Experience. The venue reserves the right to end service to the Attendees for any reason, and no refund will be honored by the Sweepstakes Entities should this occur.
• Attendees are asked to be mindful of their interactions with Talent during the Golf Experience and act in a composed, dignified manner. Should the Attendees offend, injure, or discomfort the Talent at any point for any reason during the Golf Experience and the Talent departs, no refund will be honored by the Sweepstakes Entities.
• Attendees will be able to take up to four (4) photos with the Talent during the Golf Experience and can request the Talent’s signature on up to one (1) item per guest. Attendees agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any signed items under any circumstance.
• Attendees may not ask the Talent any sports betting advice during the Golf Experience. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any losses affiliated with or from conversations with Talent during the Golf Experience.
